As the world becomes increasingly digitized, more and more individuals are looking to invest in digital assets, and Bluez provides a secure and user-friendly space to do just that.

NFTs become a phenomenon with a significant role not only in the area of law, but in the area of brand strategies and “digital ownership” as well. Various projects operating with NFT start to offer more or less elaborate utility but only a minimum of such projects come up with satisfactory solutions to intellectual property law issues. In last 2 years, we’ve seen projects fading away and we’ve seen projects which survived. In both cases, due to IP law issues. But what did they have in common and what were the biggest flaws? And on the other hand, what were the biggest benefits? The session shall focus on setting the baseline and giving the answers to the most burning questions of NFTs and IP clash so other projects could learn from the mistakes of the previous ones.

In my talk I will introduce the NFT project Here/After The Art. Artworks by distinguished artists are featured in the NFT exhibition at the event and I will introduce the audience to important aspects of the project and its goals.
